• All move-in/outs or Deliveries must be scheduled with management and take place between the hours of 8:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday through Fridays.  Move-in/out are NOT permitted on Saturday and/or Sundays.  Management shall have the authority to prohibit any Move-in/outs or Deliveries that have not been properly authorized.
  • Unit owners or residents may reserve the elevator to assist with the Move-in/outs process.  Please see the ELEVATOR RESERVATION PROCEDURES provided below for more details.
  • All move-in/outs required the existing unit owner or resdient or new resident to complete the Move-in/out Form (provided as Exhibit A).  The following information must be provided: full name, address, home adn work phone numbers, the date for the Move-in/move-out, and a copy of the unit owners's or resident's driver's license (or other government issues ID), as well as payment of the non-refundable user free of $200 and the refundable security deposit of $500.  The refundable security deposit will be returned within two weeks of the Move-in/move-out so long as there is no damage to the unit or the common elements resulting from the move.
