Our non-smoking condominium community is located off of Columbia Pike next to the Holmes Run Trailhead across from Lake Barcroft. We're within five miles of downtown DC and close to all the great resources of Northern Virginia!

At Lakeside Plaza, we are a non-smoking, pet friendly community that enjoys spacious condos, great amenities and contemporary common areas.  At the end of a long day come home and take a refreshing dip in our heated indoor pool, work out in one of our three gyms, enjoy nature on the Holmes Run Trail, or take part in one of the many social events held in the building.

Units on the lake side of the building above the fifth floor have a view of Lake Barcroft.
